This packing line is combined by one material vibration feeder, conveyor, multihead weigher, platform, and packing machine.
It is fully automatic. When there is no material on the weigher, the weigher will give signal to the conveyor to let it send material. When the weigher stops, the packing machine will stop packing. When the packing machine has problem, the weigher will stop too.
In one word, it is fully automatic and can save you labor and time as well as cost.
