Range of application

It is suitable for packing fragile bulk products with requirement for high counting precision, such as: puffed food, potato chip, crispy rice, jelly, candy, happy fruit, apple chip, boiled dumpling, rice dumpling and medicine and so on.

1. Information:

l         Imported PLC automatic computer controlled system, chinese/English touch screen operation system, clearly showing the working condition and operation indication.

l         Used the high accuracy serve-motor to drive film, steady, with the photo-electric position tracking system, high accuracy.

l         Digital number type temperature control system, temperature control good and stable; with the tear type sealing part to assure the good and nice sealing.

l         Automatic malfunction alarm function: low temperature, no film, no ink belt, no material, serve malfunction, no color mark signal. When open the glass door, the machine will immediately alarm or stop.

l         This machine if equipped with the measuring equipment, it can do: measuring, dosing, sealing bag, date printing.

2. Technical:
